This elite set of Bowflex dumbells, is a great addition to the home gym weight set. The really great attribute about them is that they can have different weights put on the same dumbell set. So, you do not have to buy different weights, which in the long run can be quite expensive. The reason why I bought this great set is because that not only is there all weights in one, at one cost, but also because the over priced gyms in my area. The equipment is old, over used, and there are too many people in the gym as well. Ask yourself, Why would you buy a membership to a gym, that has really over used stuff, and also terrible customer service? Do not include me in that. I would buy this bowflex set.
On this Bowflex dumbell set, there is some what if a dial that you can turn to up the weight of lessen the weight on the dumbell set. The weights start at 5 pounds, then go up all the way to 52.5 pounds. The only draw back that I will warn you on is that, if you turn the dial and then yank out the dumbells to fast, there is a posability of them falling off. That is the only little slight problem. But, other than that it is a great, perfect set, that unless you are working out with you partner, you will not have to share will the rest of the population of the city you live in.
The first time I set eys on this great set of dumbells, was at my county fair grounds. They were selling these, as well as other great bowflex products. This one caught my eye. Another really great thing that the include in the deal you are getting is the base the weights set into. That helps prevent yourself from the weights coming out.
