The Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells are the future for dumbbells! Space saving design is the selling point for the new Dumbbells. Now it does not matter if you want to go to the gym or stay home your able to have them any where! I know that a lot of people are not able to go to the gym because they have work and a life, so they need an alternate means or working out. Most people don't work out just because they do not have the means of equipment to do so. Now Bowflex has solved that problem by making a wonderful invention, by combining hundreds of pounds of weights into one set of Dumbbells. How?, the design allows you to chose the weight you want and click to it and when you pick up only that amount of weight comes up. So it is quick and easy to change and you can go from 5 pounds to like 100 pounds in just a click. Plus these dumbbells will help u with multiple lifts. You can work out your back, arms, shoulders, chest, and even your legs. The Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells will help you look like the guys on the commercials, you just have to buy them! Now they are expensive but it is work it, because you you buy a set of dumbbells you will have to buy every pair of dumbbells from 5 lbs to 100 lbs. Talk about getting expensive!
