Functions:
The bowflex comes with a bench press that will rotate so you can not only do regular bench press, but you can move the bench so you can ether do Decline or Incline bench press as well. You have four different foam rollers for leg extensions and leg curls. Three different hand sets for lat pull downs for your back. A rowing station for that cardio we all love to do. And the amazing thing with it is the resistance. You have 210 pounds of resistance you can use on each lift or exercise. Last but not least; we all worry about space. We never want to buy a big machine that will take up all the room in your room. The PR 1000 Bowflex comes in a folding unit, so you want have to worry about the space situation.

I love this machine because of so many different reasons. The biggest reason would have to be; you will have over thirty gym quality exercises with the Bowflex. And I think that is amazing.
