Pros: Space saver
Cons: LOUD, breaks easily, poor construction, customer service needs to get their act together.
Beware before you buy any of their treadclimbers. I bought the TC3000 in Oct of 05. Got it home, assembled it, and it rocked from side to side when I used it. Mind you I am only 5'4 120lbs. So they replaced some parts on it no problems, then the hydrolics broke, then a bolt snapped, then the foot pads were skipping down to make it an uneven path. So after many other small issues and fixing it more than I worked out on it, I sent it back and they convinced me to try another one. So...I did. The hydrolics didn't work on this one after first try. It is so loud you need ear plugs to be on it or a really loud walkman. I returned it in January...still haven't gotten a refund as of April 20, 2006. The customer service agents are trained to suck up to you with niceness so you think they are helping you. I had to file a claim with BBB and now am disputing it with my CC company as Nautilus/Bow Flex state that they refunded me months ago and according to my cc statement they didn't. So we are in dispute and I have no machine, and would never recommend one of their products to anyone. Very poorly manufactured, machine rocks from side to side, and I can say that I tried 2 of them.
