im just wondering, since i have read many reviews that were posted right away.. some that were post 6months to a year later found that the mattress deteriorated quite a bit. have you have any problems with yours? (feel free to email me nolanrob@mac.com)

I recently purchased a Bragada Crowne memory foam mattress as well, and after scouring the internet, discovered reviews that warned me of their customer service. Though I proceeded anyway, the reviews were correct.
To begin with, their sales and customer service is friendly, but that is different from competent. My mattress shipped on time, but without an apartment number, which caused delay. Upon delivery and assembly, the mattress cover was found to be the wrong size (King instead of Queen). It took two more shipments and three weeks to resolve this. However I was not charged for the extra shipping and the extra hassle could be said to be worth the savings.
As a note on the above review, the foam layers are cut somewhat roughly, so during assembly they don't line up exactly. However the mattress cover is tight and helps hide some of the imperfections in cutting. Also the mattress does smell strongly for some time, as noted above. I do not know if this is common with all brands or not.
The continuously running "two free pillows" deal does not use the same material as the memory-foam mattress you sleep on, and the pillows are substantially stiffer. I wouldn't have bought them if they weren't included free.
In summary, Bragada has a good price and comfortable product, but their customer service can be frustrating, and I could not imagine trying to redeem the warranty.

Thanks - I've updated the review slightly to correct an error in the warrantee information which was pointed out by the manufacturer. Their warrantee is longer than the na-brand.
