Simply put we (my wife and I) just love our Vienna king size bed from Bragada that we ordered mid October 2007. This bed has delivered on all the advertised benefits as outlined on your website and sleeping has become somewhat of a hobby (smile). The bed was delivered as promised and I think it took about 10 days from the date of order. Please pass along our thanks to your wonderful customer service staff , they were very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. The biggest problem we had was getting this quality mattress up the stairs, but its been worth the effort.
For some time now we have looked at all kinds of beds because the two of us have been waking up with various aches and we are getting older. The fact was that a quality bed is not cheap. I ran across your company while searching on the net and initially our biggest concerns was buying the bed sight unseen since your in New York and we live in metro Atlanta, Georgia.. Another issue was that I almost didn’t believe I could buy it at the price you advertised. But having owned the bed for a little more then a month now we can say that our concerns where unfounded. Everything you talked about from the quality, workmanship and price of this bed has made it one of our best investments and we are just tickled.
Both of us have slept more soundly, comfortably and we wake well rested with the same number of hours of sleep, I am amazed. Any concerns that we had about transitioning to this bed meant nothing, we both slept good from night one. It's also worth noting with all the problems one hears about lately related to foreign manufactured products that this is a high quality product, that comes at a great price, and is made in the USA by American workers in a company that’s been around since 1958. I had never heard of you, but you must be amongst America’s best kept secrets. I can certainly understand why you continue to thrive. I certainly want to encourage buyers to take that in consideration in their buying decision.
In closing, I wished we had made this decision sooner but then this has turned out to be of the best anniversary gifts we ever gave to one another and it’s a gift that just keeps on giving! Thank you Bragada, we can only wish your company and its employees continued success and longevity here in the USA, your beds are wonderful.
