The MILAN mattress by Bragada is spectacular!!!

We bought a queen-size Milan a few weeks ago and I have never been so happy with a bed in all my life!
It's always a "leap of faith" to buy something like this online without trying it in person first and trusting that it will be as advertised. However, this bed is everything Bragada said it would be, if not more. Delivery was within the time frame quoted; emails and phone calls from Bragada and the delivery company kept us informed of its progress.
I have previously owned a Tempur-Pedic (which was nice -- but much more expensive -- and it developed compressed areas -- "valleys" -- within a month). Then I got married a few years ago and we had a latex mattress (which we really liked even though it was somewhat hot) on our live-aboard sailboat. When it came time to move ashore and buy a new bed, the Milan seemed like a perfect combination of the beds we liked in the past, at a reasonable price. From the first night we slept on the Milan we have had perfect sleep -- no tossing, turning, snoring, or sweating -- and, so far, no "valleys!"
The quality of the construction is very evident in the details and stitching. The edges feel strong and supportive. The typical memory-foam "scent" dissipated within a few days and wasn't a problem.
The service and delivery were impeccable. The delivery company (a subcontractor not owned by the Bragada company) were polite and on time. They took it upstairs, set it up, and removed the trash. I did not have an old bed to remove so can't speak to that issue.
As an unhappy customer recently posted, you DO get what you pay for. A good night's sleep is vital. Don't go cheap and buy the cheapest memory foam mattress available and then complain that it was cheap! Spend a few bucks on the top of the line from a company that doesn't act as if their products are gold-plated! The $2,200 I spent for the next-to-top-of-the-line Bragada was many times less expensive than the comparable TempurPedic and comparable to "high-end" innerspring mattresses.
In addition, I would venture to say that those who did not have a good experience with Bragada's customer service might possibly had a negative attitude from the start. I know from experience that oftentimes the initial attitude of a customer determines the tone of the entire transaction.

In conclusion, I could not have asked for more from this company and highly recommend them and the Milan mattress. If I change my mind in the future, I will be sure to update this review!
