Pros: Cleans really well if you put in the time.
Cons: Treat the recharging cycle like any other rechargeable appliance.
The Bottom Line: This is a great product! The upfront cost is a little steep but it's great for the health of your gums.

I have 2 of these because the first one's battery became half dead after just over a year (outside of warrantee). I bought another one, and use them both. The first one is just weaker, but still works. I've had the 2nd unit for about a year and a half.
I would suggest not storing the unit on the base to recharge until it is close to discharged to make the battery last longer.
You can't replace the battery without some special tool. I tried to take mine apart, and was able to get the bottom off (twist quarter way while on base, careful of small bits).
You'll get used to the buzzing and noise. It will clean really well if you are diligent about it. I had to get used to sore gums for the first week, but that is a distant memory. Visits to the dentist are definitely more pleasant.
To save on brushes, I soak them in hydrogen peroxide based bleach for 24hours every couple of months. This cleans them of all the gunk.
I've used the same brush for almost 3 years and it is almost as good as new (I have some spares to compare against).
I have never used the low speed feature because it just doesn't clean as well. To deal with "spillage" I just lie down on the bed and brush. I'm usually half asleep when I brush my teeth anyways. I still brush with a regular toothbrush during the day because I'm lazy. A proper brushing with this unit takes me about 6 minutes, so you might see why. (I love the clean feeling after).
I'm not going to discuss the features, because you can get that information from many other places.
