My husband had me buy these when we first seen them because he is always paranoid of snoring around other people. (Camping, hotels, friends homes, families homes)

I bought them and he used them regulary for the 1st year or so and really likes them. He now usually only uses them when we travel or stay in "public" places.

They stick to his nose great, even in the morning he has to pull it off.

I on the other hand can't wear them very well. They usually fall off of my nose in the middle of the night.

Another thing they are good for is when you have a cold, put one on and it helps keep your nasal passages running.
