Pros: Great faceoff stick as it was designed to have much less flexibilty and more durability.
Cons: The top of Nitrous head is designed differently from most Brine heads.
The Bottom Line: This head is definitely superior to many heads on the market, and depending on the style of your play it could fit you perfectly!

| CraigEgg's Full Review: Brine Nitrous with F10 PowerGrip |
Through my experience of lacrosse, I have generated a mental list in my mind of which heads I like the best. The same goes for the way i think about the crappy ones( Warrior Revolution, Evolution, Debeer heads, etc..), but I can honestly tell you that the nitrous is the only head which i have had a tough time putting in a category in my head. This is for good reason, you will see why once you read through which aspects of the stick are good, and which ones are not.
Positives-
-This head is very strong. It used most commonly as a face-off stick because it tends to not bend and give as much as the average head. Instead it stays very strong, complementing a person who also plays Defense(long pole) as the head stays more durable when throwing alot of checks.
- In my opinion the mesh pocket in this stick is alot better then traditional. The only way that traditional will work well in this stick is if you pinch the head before stringing it. Sostick to mesh when using it, not only will it be more consistent, but it will also create an easier time when trying to keep the ball in your stick.
Negatives-
- When I string my sticks I allow the ball to somewhat hit the plastic before releasing. This gives me a good feel of where the ball is going to go. In the nitrous it is hard to make this happen because the plastic at the end of it seems to curl upwards. This would mean the release would be completely different from a revolutions, but more like an stx proton.
- The only other problem I have with it is that when trying to pick up groundballs the head of ur stick tends to dig into the ground right before you try picking the ball up. This has to do with the top of the stick, as they decided to design it with not so much lip to it.
All in all this stick is pretty solid. No two lacrosse players like the exact same of stick, it is just all personal preference, so that is what I got from this head. Any questions make sure you leave a comment so I can get back to you. Thanks for reading!
