Pros: *Headrest is easy to adjust
*The seat is as secure as it gets.
Cons: *Crotch belt doesn't adjust
*Head rests get in the way
*The Regal isn't plush.
The Bottom Line: If your vehicle does not have side curtain air bags, then buy the Britax Boulevard. If you have side air bags, then buy the Decathlon.

I purchased the Britax Boulevard last week for my 4 month old son who outgrew his Graco Snugride. (He's 18 pounds and with all his winter gear, I could barely buckle him in!) I planned on buying the Britax Decathlon or Marathon at Babies R Us, but once my husband noticed that there was only a $20 price difference to buy the top of the line car seat, we purchased the Boulevard. (Hey, only the best for our kids, right?) Well...for being the "crown jewel" of Britax, I'm really disappointed that this seat lacks two important features (at least, to me) that are in the Decathlon. First, it really bugs me that the crotch strap is not adjustable like the Decathlon. Obviously, I have a big baby and if I'm spending $300 on this seat, I want it to last a long time. I'm afraid I'm wasting money because the crotch strap doesn't adjust, forcing me to purchase a new seat before the 65 lb weight limit (after all, this is what happened with the Snugride!). Secondly, this seat is not as plush as the Decathlon. This may not be an important feature for some folks, but hey, for this money I want my baby to fall asleep in his car seat asap! I also don't understand why the Boulevard doesn't have the push button adjuster. However, I'm sticking to the Boulevard for one reason only---my Jeep does not have side curtain airbags. If it did, I would not hesitate to purchase the Decathlon. On the positive note, the adjustable headrest at the turn of a knob is nice, and the seat is so secure. Hope this helps!
