The Best Running Shoes I've Ever Owned
Written: Sep 11 '06
Pros:Motion control, mostly durable, good shock absorption
Cons:Weak mesh, they will wear down and out, need a little glue
I went to a real running store to get find these babies. I needed some good running shoes Spring 2005 as I trained for a 6-day climb on Mt Rainier. I liked them so much I ended up making them my daily work shoes. I wore a couple of holes in them with my pinkie toe and fixed them with Seam Grip. Otherwise, they held up really well.
A year later I started running more and I got shin splints. I realized I'd worn my Brooks Addictions out so I went back to the same store and got another pair. With my new shoes my shin splints went away and I'm up to even more mileage now. I really like them and would recommend them to anyone!
