User Rating: Excellent
Ease of Use:
Pros:Does everything you could want in an all-in-one, especially double-sided printing/scanning/copying.
Cons:Longish warm-up time, still consumes 38watts when in standby/sleep mode. Weighs 100+ pounds.
The Bottom Line: Excellent printer for a small office, since it combines so many features. The duplex scanning & printing are great.
This printer does just about everything. Full color printing, full color DOUBLE-SIDED printing and scanning. Auto-document feeder that can print/copy/scan double-sided. Integrated ethernet and WiFi. Printing from USB thumb drives (there's a convenient port on the front).

In short, this printer does EVERYTHING up to 8.5"x14".
The tonor cartridges are expensive, however. Additionally, it will say you're almost out of toner when you have enough left for 500-1000 more prints (seriously).
IMPORTANT TIP: To reset the counter and get more life out of the toner: Open the front door (as if you're going to change the tonor). Press CLEAR on the menu buttons. Then you can go through and selectively reset each cartridge's count list.
I have found that when printing envelopes it tends to crinkle them a bit. Instead, I had to print sheets of labels (which it handles just fine), and then apply the labels to the envelopes.
Very rarely jams. Print quality is excellent.
I don't like to leave the printer in standby/sleep mode, though, since it still draws about 38 watts (according to the manual). I don't print too often, so I just switch it on before printing. The warm-up time is a little long--but it prints very quickly once it's warm, so the overall first-page printing time isn't much longer than an inkjet.
