I rated this as helpful because I've sewn for over 20 years and know how important sewing machine tension is ... especially when doing any type of embroidery work. However, it would be wonderful if you could include more detail about the machine and its features so that readers can make a balanced buying decision.
Sounds like you've had quite the experience with finding a machine that works. Are you still using the machine? Have your experiences improved?
