Whatever happened to those lovely Budvar bottles that were shaped more like glass water bottles and less like Budweiser bottles? I think they held more beer (always a bonus) and had a classy foil bit around the neck. You just can't get them anymore - at least around here you can't. And I'm sure they made the beer taste better...
