Pros: Bar-none the *best* sunscreen you can buy! And easy to apply.
Cons: Not quite as good as bullfrog gell (but easier to apply).
The Bottom Line: If you sunburn easily, I *highly* recommend bullfrog - I have never burned while wearing it.

| graphics_guy's Full Review: Bullfrog 36 ik Gel Sport Spray Sunblock SPF Qu |
I'm very fair-skinned, and sunburn extremely easily ... I have *never* gotten a sunburn while wearing Bullfrog sunscreen (now *that* says a lot!) Reading the other reviews about the various different bullfrog sunscreen products is kinda like reading testimonials ... and it's well-deserved. Bullfrog is bar-none the best sunscreen I've ever used. With every other sunscreen, I've gotten burned, but never with Bullfrog. Other sunscreens go on oily, and sand & dirt sticks to them -- but this bullfrog sport spray goes on slick, and then quickly dries. Being a thin liquid, it goes on *very* easily - no need to rub it in ... you can just spray it and go (although I usually rub it a little, just to make sure I didn't miss any spots). Bullfrog is also waterproof! Last time I went to the beach, I couldn't find any bullfrog, so I bought some spf 48 of the "Food Lion" grocery store brand which was 'supposed' to be waterproof -- although I re-applied it 5 times between breakfast & lunch, the water kept washing it off, and I got the worst sunburn of my life (feet so swollen I couldn't wear shoes). This has *never* happened when wearing bullfrog. With the bullfrog sport spray I usually re-apply after about 1/2-day ... if you really want the maximum protection when you're in the water, I recommend the bullfrog gell (it goes on thicker, and stays on even better). I prefer the sport spray over the gell, because it's easier to put on, and it smells and tastes better than the gell (you inevitably always get some in your mouth ;) With the spray, I close my eyes, and spray it directly on my face & eyelids (your mileage may vary!) I also spray it through my emerging bald spot, and the spray easily goes through the thin hair and protects my scalp. Bullfrog is a little hard to find in stores (only certain ones seem to carry it) - so go shopping early, and get several bottles (remember what happened to me with the Food Lion grocery store brand of sunscreen, when I waited until the last minute to try to find bullfrog!) I can't emphasize enough -- this stuff *really* works!
-----
I went to Costa Rica this year, and spent a week at the beach (learning to surf, snorkeling, etc), and took Bullfrog with me. Costa Rica is very near the equator, and has extremely harsh sun (even the "natives" were using sunscreen at the beach!) I'm happy to report that the Bullfrog did not let me down ... I did *not* sunburn! :)
