The Bottom Line: Leakage is a real frustrating problem. When this one dies, will probably choose another coffee maker if Bunn doesn't come up with a good fix to this problem.

Bunn has great customer support; been with them for years -- but I believe there must be a design flaw with the B10 thermal carafe. If so, it needs to be addressed.
We've had our BT10 for about two years and loved it from the first day we plugged it in. (We've been Bunnaholics for at least 15 years!) It seems, however, there is a design flaw since our initial carafe began to leak from the pouring spout about one to two months after beginning regular use. I read here that most everyone has experienced the same problem.
When my issue first surfaced, I called (or emailed, I can't remember for sure) the Bunn customer support line and was given instructions on how to carefully wash the lid and rim with a soft bristle brush in warm, soapy water to correct the problem. Sorry -- that doesn't help. We're not talking about a small drop or two -- but enough to cover the cabinet top! When the problem first occurred, we bought a second carafe on line. Same problem, within one month.
I called Bunn last week and they quickly agreed to ship me two replacement carafes (for the two I had purchased which leak,) no questions asked; and they arrived in two days! That's superior service! My wife and I are now using the third carafe, hoping it won't begin to leak -- but not overly optimistic given the other reviews expressing this same problem.
It's a frustrating problem -- one that Bunn really needs to spend some heavy-duty time correcting and then informing its loyal customer base.
