kate5489's Full Review: Bunn BT10B 10-Cup Coffee Maker
I reviewed this coffee maker under the name "fraidycatflyer" a few years ago. Can't seem to access my old account, so am updating through a new review. Currently, we have the same coffee maker and because of our 2nd experience with Bunn's customer service, I'd like to change my rating to 5 stars.
About 6-8 months ago, we noticed the carafe would make a mess and spill a little coffee down the side of the cup every time we poured. We lived with it for quite a while, but then I decided to email Bunn asking for a replacement carafe. I figured it was a long shot -- expected them to reply saying we were welcome to PURCHASE a new carafe.
Within 24 hours of my email, I received a reply from Shelley at customer service saying they had just shipped a new thermal carafe and were sending a prepaid fedex label to return the defective one. 2 days later, our new, redesigned carafe arrived and it works perfectly!
The coffee maker still works wonderfully and we're still thrilled with it. I even get comments from house guests about how much they like the coffee here. :) Bunn has made customers for life.
