Who doesn't like powder? The kids love it, keeps them diaper rash free, so why can't we love it? I pray for it, dream about it, and cannot live without it.And while many shutter at the sound of the salt trucks, I cannot resist the sensations. The rush of finally getting off the ski lift and spending quality time with my board and my soul. Experiencing the freedom I spent so long trying to grasp and you know exactly what I am talking about. There is power in nature, more than any office or high paying job could offer, one that only you can experience. Soul searching has been taken to the extremes in this century. We have become so wrapped up in materialistic matters and what we can accomplish. The unity of yourself, your board, and nature is what will give you the inspiration you need to really succeed. It is a gift to know how to love life, only sometimes you may be a little co-dependent. Like me, I need snow.
