"Campbell's Soup at Hand, Great tasting sippable soup...anytime, anywhere, just microwave, snap on the sipping lid and go..."
I am a terrible eater. I admit it. I don't plan my meals well. I don't like to think about food. I am overweight and I try to take food out of my mind. So I end up being a bad eater. I know really thin people who think about food all the time. I don't get it.
Regardless, Campbell's Soup is very helpful. These soup at hand in the just heat and sip containers are so great. I keep these soup at hand containers in my office in my desk drawer. When I am hungry I often will heat one up and sip it at my desk.
My thoughts:
It is very important to shake this before you open it, because the stars and chicken settle on the bottom. You won't want to shake it after you open it.
This chicken and stars soup at hand tastes like the chicken and stars we get from the can, that we had when we were little children watching Captain Kangaroo and eating peanut butter sandwiches. So the taste is just fine.
The only problem I have with this soup is that the metal lip on the sippable can is too big. As a result when you are sipping up the last of the stars you need to use a spoon to spoon them out. You cannot sip the soup completely. Because of the vegetables and pasta you do need a spoon to eat this.
Here are the directions:
1. Pull plastic cap to remove, set aside Do not heat soup with cap on.
2. Pull tab to remove metal lid and discard. Remaining metal rim is microwaveable.
3. Microwave uncovered on high 1 min and 15 seconds.
4. Careful, leave in microwave for one minute
5. Stir thoroughly for even soup temperature.
6. Replace plastic cap.
Note: After tasting, if you like warmer soup remove cap and heat an additional fifteen seconds.
CAUTION: Metal edges are share and cup and soup are hot after heating.
Do not purchase if Punctured or open. Recommend use by date on cup end. Promptly refrigerate unused soup in separate container, do not reheat or reuse cup.

Yes, I think the soup is good, and it is just the right size and it stays warm for a long time so I can sip it for a while. There are 70 calories in this soup at hand, and 20 are fat calories.
