I bought these along with the CH Flight Yoke to brush up on my civil aviation skills. These pedals are 1000x better than trying to use the keyboard or the wheel on a traditional joystick.

If you want to really practice your flying - or if you prefer military aviation, do any sort of ACM, these are a must. Like the Flight Yoke, they feel real. They are SLIGHTLY sticky when new - especially the center point - but that seems to be wearing off over time.

The toe-brakes are very nice as is the feel of the pedals. I was unhappy with the base skidding around on my floor-protector, so I stuck some Velcro on the plastic floor-protector as well as on the pads on the underside of the pedals and that resolved the issue.

They are a bit clunky to have under your desk all the time, but the cable that comes with them is quite long and it's easy to move around.

Like the Flight Yoke, these were truly plug-n-play under Windows XP - I didn't have to do any configuration at all. Just plug 'em in and start flying.
