First of all, these things really do work well. I get compliments on my white teeth all the time. As a tea and coffee drinker, these things have become a neccessity.

$30 - $35, which is a bargain compared to going to the dentist to get it done
Results:
My teeth were whiter in just a couple days. By 2 weeks, you should really have nice white teeth. I also use a couple every few weeks just to brighten them up a bit. I recommend drinking all dark colored beverages through a straw so you won't stain your teeth again as fast.
Time:
It takes 2 strips at 30 min. each, which is sometimes hard to fit in, since you are not supposed to eat or drink anything during that time, and they recommend not brushing your teeth immediately beforehand.
Usage:
One strip on bottom, one on top. They make you talk a little funny, but other than that, they don't get in the way.
HERE'S THE TIP- There is a lot of extra strip left on the plastic after you pull off the part you put on your teeth. All this extra strip is actually usable. Just take scissors and cut it to fit your teeth. This works best with the lower strips. There is enough to cut it and use it on your top teeth, thus making one strip work twice. You can also use the little bit left from the top part to cut and cover a few more top teeth. Using the strips this way lets cover more teeth and get more for your money!
Warning- Don't leave them on too long, as the peroxide can irritate your gums. I tried to leave them on for about 45 minutes each and it irritated a spot on my gums and I couldn't use them for a couple days
