My four "critters" are adopted and all came with various health and personality problems. Getting them to all eat together and at the same time is one feat. Another major one is finding food that they can all get the most out of without killing my budget.
Organix Organic Turkey, Brown Rice & Chicken Formula is a Keeper. It has rice instead of corn or wheat for my little allergic Siamese and is easy enough to digest for the old geezer. It also is loaded with good vitamins and minerals and is made by Castor and Pollux - a trusted source of organic pet foods. My energetic youngsters do just as well with it as the older cats.
After the cat food scares in 2007 I want something I can feel comfortable feeding the kitties. This is certified organic by: Oregon Tilth, Inc. and meets the nutritional standards set by AAFCO (the Association Of American Feed Control Officials, Inc.) I feel good about feeding it and the vet bills seem to confirm that.
The ingredients sound like they are good enough for me to eat, although I have no intention of trying. And the price is reasonable for organic food at $1.39 a can. I am glad a friend recommended this and I gladly pass that recommendation on.
