Pros: Goes well with almost all shoes except for anything more than lite running.
Cons: Not a good running sock.
The Bottom Line: Get them while can if want good general comfort sock for activities except for anything higher than lite running.

Intro
I wanted a sock that I could wear with virtually every type of shoe and I run across these that claimed to be just for what I wanted a general sock that is excellent for sandals, cross-trainers, walking shoes, and sandals.
My Experience
I have found them to be extremely comfortable in shoes for jogging, light running, cross-training, and walking. They hold up to the claims of being great in walking shoes, sandals, and cross-trainers. They provide excellent padding cushioning your steps especially in the heel region (which I suffer from bone spurs from cheap shoes and socks when I ran for the local YMCA when I was about 7 years old and now I am paying the price for the cheap socks and shoes my mom bought me as a child) and around arches sometimes.
Fabric Content
60% Coolmax polyester, 20% stretch nylon, 15% lumiza acrylic, 5% wool.
Conclusion
I would recommend these socks to people who don't want to spend a lot of money on one pair of socks that provide up to fourteen hours of comfort walking around or eight hours of comfort for jogging or cross-training, and several hours of comfort for lite running. They are now on sale for $3.88 as opposed to $9.99 at Cabela's.

The socks also feature a smooth looped toe seam and an elasticized arch panel which embraces the foot for refreshing comfort. Great for sandals, cross-trainers or walking shoes.

A fine point that is not well known is that you should not just forcefully pull on your socks because it causes permanent stretching which eventually will tear a hole in the socks or make them to where they are too loose to wear. Gently roll or bunch the socks pass on over toes to the heel then gently bring them up towards your calf. Why? To simply prevent stretching and allow for them to be in service for years to come. I have done this practice with (my diabetic socks that I use for controlling swelling [a recent issue]) and steel toe shoe socks since 1997 (nine years & believe it or not some of the socks I still have from that time frame) & really does extend the life of the socks in general but especially in the heel region.
Warning Do Not pull a loose strand by hand! If you notice a loose end clip it as close as possible carefully to the sock with scissors to prevent premature unraveling or bunching or pulling or breaking.
Durability
These socks will last you for a few years or longer as long as you keep yours shoes properly tied and toenails reasonable length; meaning that you feet are not loose in the boots rubbing against the heel portion and your toenails are at normal length so they do not essentially cut through the sock itself. Another thing that is important is proper washing and drying to extend life of the socks. I do expect the socks to last longer than five years because of how well the comfort lasts.
