AWESOME DESTINATION!!

Written: Mar 25 '00
Pros:sports book and shopping mall
Cons:very few low dollar card and craps tables

I have been to Las Vegas 3 times over the last two years. Each time, I make it a point to visit Ceasar's palace. For those who like to wager on sporting events, the Sports Book at Ceasar's is a sight to behold. They have a complete, computerized odds board which is updated constantly. The first thing you notice, though, is the movie theatre sized TV screens broadcasting games in progress.

The nice thing about Ceasar's is that there is even something for the person who does not want to gamble. The dinner buffet is incredible. On my last trip 3 weeks ago, I indulged in the Saturday night seafood buffet. Great stuff!!!The cost is around $32.00. The resort also has an upscale shopping mall that is worth a walk through. At one end of the mall is a cluster of Roman statues. Every hour,on the hour, these statues come to life in a laser light show.

Visit Ceasars Palace and bring your comfortable walking shoes.
