I stayed at Caesars with my sister and a friend. We arrived March 7 and checked out March 14. This is the second time we have stayed there. We had received a good offer in the mail that was very very affordable. But we did have to pay a higher price on the last night since the offer was only good for 6 nights.

At check in there was a clerk who unfortunately was training a new young women. My sister and I had 1 room with 2 beds and our friend his room were he needed 1 bed. They didn't ask us any preference we would want our rooms to be like we have been asked at other Las Vegas resort. I did then ask if our friend could be on the same floor with us. I said he didn't have to be right next door, but the same floor would be great. The gentleman told us absolutely not. There are no other rooms available that night. We had to take what he gave us.

Our friend was 20 floors below us. When we stopped in his room he had 2 beds, we has also been told that my sister and I had received the last 2 beds. I told him to call downstairs and tell them this would not work. After waiting around for an hour another room was assigned to him. Right next door to us! It took Caesars an hour to get work to the bellman about the change. Then our friend had to go back down to the front desk to get a new key. This was at 10:00p.m. on a Tuesday night. One bed, a hot tub in the room.

Our room was very nice also. We had a huge glass bathroom with a hot tub in the bathroom....but there was a hair pin in a corner of the bathroom room. Not all the light switches worked. There were hooks missing off the curtains. It was a smoking floor and we had to ask for ashtrays. The soda machine 80% of the time did not work.

One day the maid did not come to clean our room until after 4:00p.m. We had left our room at 11:00a.m. My spa bill which I had paid in cash did appear on the bill when I checked out. They took it off without a problem.

I asked to talk to someone about the problem we had a checking-in. She said she was sorry would told to the man especially since he was training someone. She did give me her business card to call her the next time I stay so she could make the arrangements.

As the bell man was placing our suitcases into the taxi he told me he would now be unable to have children since my suitcase was heavy. I have not decided if we will stay there again.
