Pros: New Design in irons, called i-brids for extra weight.
Cons: Have not found any yet.
The Bottom Line: After taking a swing analysis these irons were recommended to go with my swing. Considering the course I play and needing high lofted shots these clubs work for me.

After my swing analysis at GOLF Etc. I purchased Women's Big Bertha Callaway Clubs in February and have been using them for four months. The irons felt nice and since my set started at the six iron with the i-brids design with a larger heavy flange to look like a hybrid club except it was an iron. They felt nice with the swing but I will have to get used to the heavier weight. This ad shows they start with the #3 on down to the Sand Wedge but my set starts with the six..
Shane McCarty from GOLF Etc. where I had the swing analysis said I would only need nine clubs so he ordered for me the Driver, #5, #7 Fairway Woods and this set of irons from the six to the sand wedge. During my analysis he explained to me that it was not necessary for me to use the higher number irons. He said they are harder to hit and I would get good distance with the ones he recommended. He asked many question about the course I play and since our course is fairly short but has lots of trouble he decided these clubs would suit my game.
Changing clubs takes time to adapt to the new weight and design so on the second day using my new clubs I shot an 89 and was quite surprised. I did not try to over power the shots just let the natural swing work. I liked the looks of these new irons, the #6, #7 and #8 have an extended steel flange on the bottom of the club. They feel a little heavier but it makes a good connection to the ball. I have no trouble making a straight shot with these clubs as long as you don’t try to over swing as only bad things happen then.
I have been working with them on the driving range for the past four months especially the pitching wedge as this is where you save strokes in your round.. Since I only have these six clubs in the set of irons I have to get used to them. I find these clubs give me the high lofted shot that I was looking for. We have several holes where you need a high lofted club to carry over water to the green. I have found these clubs are giving me that loft on these holes. Of course they are not all perfect as much has to do with the swing, when you try to lift the ball during the swing it only result in disaster.
That is why I spend lots of time on the driving range and at the practice green. I have to keep reminding myself to just make a smooth swing and that works. I turn to the #6 and #7 irons for a high lofted shot over trouble. This has been working great and when they are hit right, that is what keeps me coming back to the driving range and the golf course.
I know these clubs were selected to fit my swing by taking the Swing Analysis at GOLF Etc I do find they are going straighter than falling to the right. I now have had these new irons for four months and they are becoming more natural to use. I paid $1,300 for the complete Callaway Big Bertha i-brid clubs three woods and six irons. The Callaway ad shows the irons sell for $1499.00 for a full set from the #3 to Sand wedge. So I got a good deal as he threw in the Swing Analysis too and he worked with me for an hour and a half to get my correct swing.
