Don't Trust the Name

I received the printer for Christmas'99. I looked as this as a windfall because I had been having printer problems. My mother's computer was down so she let me take her canon printer (Number not remembered) but it broke on me so I was back to using the computer labs at the university.

I had thought, Canon, what a good name - good company, reliable. Boy, did I find out wrong. The printer didn't last very long, it died on me trying to print out a major paper for my Air Pollution class not even six months later. It was the head.

Even worse, a couple of months after I received my printer, my mother bought the same to replace her broken canon. She has had the same problems that I had so we have three broken canons between us.

My recommendation to someone, don't trust the name and look at a different brand.
