I have been using this family and brand product since 4 years ago if I'm not mistaken. It all start with Canon 2000sp. and ended with this products. I always have problems with this brand and family products. The main problem is always be the catridge and the ink tank. The service centre said that the ink in the ink tank is dried. and I cannot use the catridge anymore. To buy a new one, it will cost same as buy a new printer. That's why I stop using the products from this brand. I think it will be better to find the printer with low price of catridges and ink tank. I will not state the brand here because I think it will be better to find by yourselves. I already use a different brand and it already survive for more than 2 years.
