| dooper786's Full Review: Canon CanoScan N670U Flatbed Scanner |
I had considered buying a new flat bed scanner for a while as my previous model (Epson) used a parallel port which was unsupported by XP Pro.
Having browsed the market it seemed like I'd have to spend a lot of money to buy what I perceived to be a quality item.
I did some research and my gaze fell upon the Canon Scan N670U in my local computer superstore for the amazing price of £49.99(UKP).
It looked stylish, slim and sleek,,also very light,it ran off the USB port so no power supply required and it was a Canon,a company renowned for its quality imaging devices.
Could it do a good job for this price though? I took a gamble, bought it and Im well impressed, Installation was simple, its easy to use and the results are great even in "simple" mode.
