Re: Metal body (Reply to this comment)

The front panel of the SD500 surely does not feel like it is made of metal. The Canon's web site says that the camera has "metallic" body, whatever it means. But if you feel the texture of the front panel or tap on it with your nail, you will feel that it is either not metal or at least coated with plastic, making it susceptible to scratches.

Thanks!
I usually buy them at Dell using "percent off" and "dollars off" coupons. The more difficult part is selling them on eBay afterward :)

...where do you get all of these cameras for such good prices? It is amazing that you can come up with two (maybe more it is a good day) digital camera reviews every day! I don't know how you do it, but I am just amazed. Now I know where to go for excellent opinion on digital cameras. Great camera reviews by the way.
