Super Review; Two Questions (Reply to this comment)

Your review gave me almost everything I was looking for in making a decision. I have a Canon S500, which is a super camera...except for the small viewing screen. It is especially difficult to see in bright light conditions. Also, the control for zooming is too jerky. Questions: 1)you state that the SD450 is a miniature camera, but is it the same physical size as the SD400? The SD400 appears to be smaller than my S500. 2)does the zoom control work smoothly?

I personally prefer Canon SD450 over the Sony T5, but that's just my opinion.

Hey,
I thought maybe you can help me out, ive been trying to make a decision on which digital camera to buy and ive narrowed it downt to the Sony Cybershot dsc-t5 and the Canon sd 450, i would have already chosen the T5 but what makes me hesitate is the T5's indoor capability. would u say that the sony and canon have similar picture and video quality? and are the Indoor pictures that different? any suggestions or help would be GREATLY appreciated?

Thanks for your time

This makes over $10,600 dollars worth of electronics equipment you have purchased since August 2005, thats not quite three months.

It is such a shame that you have spent so much money, done adequate research, and then have not taken the time to completely use these cameras so you would be able to share your experience with your readers.

You should save your money and just go to Circuit City or one of the other retailers and use a display camera. I use a film camera and even I can tell that your "experience" with these cameras is severly limited.

You provide the readers with all sorts of opinions, but don't share the experiences that resulted in your opinions. What are you basing these opinions on, certainly not the photo of the gate and parking lot.

I hope that you have thoroughly researched "your opinions"! Many shoppers may base their camera purchase on your reviews.
