...and congratulations on your first review. Please don't get discouraged by the ratings. It often takes new writers awhile to get a sense of how much information to put it there review. You are off to a good start with this review, especially in emphasizing your lengthy experience with this printer and your problem with the print heads. However, you may want to expand your review to include some of the other features and characterisctics of this printer, including those that led you to be very satisfied with it during the first half a year or so. It's fine to write a negative product review, but you still should describe the product as fully as you can.
