Pros:Compact, Structurally well designed
Cons:Doesn't really work and is rarely helpful even if it did.
The Bottom Line: Only use if you have to carry frozen/refrigerated milk with you. Might be easier to buy a thermos to keep boiling water in for warming.
I want to preface this review by stating that by son always enjoyed cold bottles as well or more than warm ones. However, I will try to write this with the assumption that your child only likes warm bottles.

This delux car bottle warmer is nice and compact. It's easy to throw into the diaper bag (or to carry with it's handle). It has a separate zip area for the cord, so you never have to worry about it getting wet in transit.
However, it takes 40 minutes to heat up even a couple ounces. I recommend just buying a thermos to keep hot water in. You can dunk your bottle/baby food in the thermos for a few minutes and have warmer food much quicker.
If you breast-feed in public (with or without a hooter-hider) you won't need this bottle warmer.
If you feed formula, you'll probably take some water and some powder with you and mix it at meal time. This will lead to a luke-warm bottle. In this case you'll only need this bottle warmer if your baby insists on actually WARM milk.
If you supplement with expressed milk, then you'll need to carry a cooler filled with frozen milk. Then you'll need a way to warm the bottle and this product will be perfect for you! EXCEPT it does take 40+ minutes to warm a cold bottle, and you could warm the same bottle much faster by holding it in front of your car vent while said vent was spewing hot air. But maybe on a hot day, you want your car circulating nice cold air? Then definitely use this product! Oh wait, I guess you could warm the bottle by holding it out the window?
In summary, This product is great ONLY if you use expressed milk that must be kept cold and ONLY if you can plan your baby's feedings in advance by about an hour and ONLY if it's too hot in your car to turn on the heat, and you don't want to hang your baby's bottle out the car window.
IMO It's not worth the money.
