I have been using the Cardscan 600 for a few years and I can vouch for its quality. However I recently ordered the new CardScan executive from CardScan via their website. I requested priority service. Their website promises 2-3 business day delivery, but after 7 days of waiting, nothing has turned up. Their US customer service promise to contact their European customer service and send me the courier details which have taken 5 business days with no result. They used to be a great company but forget the internet ordering if you are in Europe - they are now not answering emails.
