just got back on 3/28/05 stayed at caribe royale for first time. always stayed at world center marriot before and will go back for sure. our rooms where not ready until 4:30. every day maid service was later and later even as late as 5:30 pm one day. no staff member will make a desicion on any thing and the managers are not much help either, no one semms to care. the food court sucks and the pool is to small for all the guest. its a shame as the suites are fairly nice but it is not worth the hassle. oh yea, your kids better be queit after 7:00 pm or security will pay your hallway a visit in a huryy. but if you need something else ( like a new room key that seems to not work everyday) it takes for ever. the hotel was sold out and only 2 elevators per tower where working. should i go on? save your money, stay at marriot or gaylord palms instead.
