I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some negative reviews. However we had a great time! The pool was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived during the Spring Break rush, our room was not ready at 4pm, and I was carrying medication that needed to be refrigerated. When we explained this to the manager, they upgraded us to a King suite and had us in a room within minutes. Our room was clean, I did not find the hallway or public areas to be messy as many stated, they were packed and really kept up with things in spite of that. My husband thought the room was a little on the dark side, and would have liked a balcony, but I really did not find it to dark. The main problem for me was the number of small children whose parents decided to let them use the two hot tubs as swimming pools! I would blame the parents here, not the hotel.
