We booked at this hotel and when we arrived we found that they did not have a room for us, (we had even guaranteed late arrival and called to confirm) they wanted to put us up in a lower class hotel next door and we would need to move back after two nights when they did have room. They gave us a dinner voucher for $50 to make up for this (dinner was $100)). When we got the room it was a smoking room (and if you are a non-smoker you know how disguisting this is) When we made the reservation we had been asked and specified non-smoking). The clerk even commented that this happens everyday and he hates telling families they do not have a room on their vacation. This hotels managment is irresponsible and does not care about the guest at all, We will never stay here again. You should not attempt to.
