My family and I love italian food. We hated this Carrabba's restaurant in Green Hills, TN!! We could have gone to the Cheesecake Factory but we wanted to try something new. Oh how I wish we had gone somewhere other than Carrabbas. It was a Thursday night so it's not like they were really busy. My first clue that there was a problem was the ladies' restroom. It was very messy and at least one stall was completely out of toilet paper. They did have soap and papertowels otherwise I would not have stayed and eaten there. The service was barely adequate but the food was the worst I've had in a long while. The bread came with some non-butter spread. The Chicken Parm was dry and tastless, the shrimp alfredo was not at all creamy and the noodles were over-cooked. We subsequently asked for extra sauce for the pasta but that didn't help. Even the cheese on my son's pizza was down right horrible. I tasted it after I noticed that he took all the cheese off and just ate the crust. How can you mess up the kids' meal pizza?!? If I had tasted it soon enough, I would have sent it back.
I will never eat there again! Our first and last visit was 10/2/08.
