This is a sorry, sorry excuse for an Italian restaurant, even for a chain. I ate here during a very slow time when there was more than enough waitstaff around to attend to me, but I was still made to wait over ten minutes to be seated. That is unacceptable when you are almost the only patron in the restaurant. After being seated, our waitress left us for another ten or fifteen minutes before coming back for a drink order. The minestrone soup was not minestrone at all (somebody give these people a cookbook, please) but was instead some kind of odd potato concoction. It was also lukewarm when brought to the table. The spaghetti and meatballs was average, most likely only because it's difficult to mess that up. I'm sure they tried, though. Don't get me started on the tiramisu, which was a sorry mess of custard-like substance drowned in chocolate sauce. Pathetic and a waste of money. Carrabbas should be closed and turned into a laundromat. Don't waste your time and money here; if you want chain Italian, go to the Olive Garden.
