Oh goodness, does this tea ever hit the spot. What I love about this tea the most, is that it contains no bitter or strange aftertaste. Some of these mint teas sometimes have a spinach type after taste. Your not getting that here.
I love the peppermint flavor, but wish I didn't have to use 2 tea bags to really pick up on the flavor as I love a stronger tea. I normally steep a 12 oz cup. I suppose you are looking at an average of about 8 oz for a normal cup. It doesn't really say on the directions. It does however say to steep for 3-5 minutes. I steep it for 5, always with Celestial Seasonings. I guess I prefer it a bit stronger since these teas don't contain any caffeine.
I am not really tasting any green tea here. I don't really mind since green tea isn't my favorite. The flavors of peppermint and vanilla seem to overpower anything else in the ingredient list. This tea produces a light golden brown cup. The aroma is also very pleasant and reminds me of Christmas. I love Celestials Holiday Teas, as well as most of their other teas.
I highly recommend trying all of the holiday teas. They are inexpensive enough to purchase them all, at around $2.50 per box. These make perfect little stocking stuffers too. I plan on giving all of the mothers in my son's boy scout pack a box for Christmas along with a Christmas card. I think they make a nice small token of appreciation without breaking the wallet. You are getting 20 taggless tea bags per box. Each box comes in its own holiday decorated packaging.

Overall
Overall, I would drink this tea again and found it very smooth and tasty. If I could change one thing about this tea, I would make it stronger. I love the minty taste. What is best of all, is that I can still experience all the tastes of Christmas without adding all of those extra calories and fats in my diet. This tea contains no nutritional values.
