The Chapstick lip balm Spf 4 is a good product for anyone looking for a cheap option to soften dry, chapped lips.
This product moisturizes as well as protects your lips from sun exposure. It contains 44% White Petrolatum which actually breaks down dead skin cells and in turn softens the skin.
I use this product whenever my skin starts to feel dry. I have used other chapsticks and this particular kind works the best for me. I really like how quickly it works to relieve chapped lips.
