I have always loved the stuff, although I agree-- homemade is better, particularly as I grow older and less tolerant of high sugar content in desserts. For Thanksgiving, I made a pumpkin cheese with gingersnap/pecan crust that is defiintely going to be a repeat!

I share you love of cheesecakes. Which is why I pestered a favorite mystery writer to write a book that would make her create a cheesecake recipe. And it is wonderful! (Joanne Fluke if you are interested.)

Anyway, this sounds like a book I might have to check out. Thanks for the review.
