Pros: Best part was...we got to leave!
Cons: Horrible food, slow staff, and VERY cold in restaurant.
VERY, VERY disappointed!!! Will NOT go back! If I could find a way to only give it half a star, that is exactly what I would give it! The oil that the fish was cooked in was spoiled and burned. The fries were WAY over cooked and the Cole slaw was the worst I have ever had. I believe it was spoiled. I just hope I don't get sick tonight! The staff was very slow and it was FREEZING in there. It was NOT just us....there MANY patrons wearing jackets during the meal. This was our first visit....and LAST! And wait till you see the prices!!!!! $16.99 for FISH AND CHIPS!!!!!!! I've had better at Capitain D's!!!!
I don't like writing bad reviews....but this was NASTY! Unfortunately it was not until AFTER I went there that I saw it had just FAILED a health inspection with a 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There might be some of these places that are ok but I'm not going to be the one to find out. I am concerned that if this place only got a 50, why are they allowed to operate? I read the comments from the inspection.....there were LOTS! I am trying very hard not to be dramatic. I know that this reads harsh....but for such a large chain to allow this place to continue is a shame. It won't take long for the law suuits to start from people getting sick. I'm still hoping I won't be one of them!!!!
