User Rating: Excellent
Ease of Use:
Pros:sturdy, lightweight and cheap
Cons:release is difficult, minimal functions
The Bottom Line: Buy it! You don't need all the "extras" that make an umbrella stroller heavier, more expensive and larger.
With my first child, I wanted a "serious" stroller. I have the Peg Perego . At $279, it was a serious investment. Unfortunately, it is so big (and it is on the small side for a "full sized" stroller) that I didn't want to use it for the mall or other long outings. I then got a Chico Tuscany umbrella stroller (see my review), which I loved.

With my second child, I used the Perego until she turned one. Our friend accidentally left her Chicco C6 (aqua colored) at our house, so I borrowed it one day, and I loved it so much that I bought it from her. It is the stripped down model of the Chicco I already own, but the trade offs make it well worthwhile.
1. 5 point harness
2. 2-position recline
3. travel bag with carrying strap
4. storage basket
5. split handle
The run down
1. 5 point harness is crucial for my kids who like to lean over in the stroller!
2. recline function is via zipper. I don't use this function, but I could see it being difficult to use with a child in the stroller.
3. carry bag and shoulder strap allow me to carry it across the top of my other Chicco. Why would I want to do that? I have a 3 year old who doesnt always want to ride in the stroller, but then changes his mind mid-trip. I can now whip out the second stroller
4. storage basket is even smaller and more inaccessible than on my previous Chicco. Solve this by purchasing a mesh stroller bag.
5. split handle is crucial for comfortable pushing.
Major down side
The release on this stroller is difficult and there is no way you are doing it while holding a baby.
What makes this stroller so fabulous?
It is lightweight (11 lbs) and super compact when folded.
