Pros: Inside of pan is easy to clean
Cons: Outside of pan is a pain to clean
The Bottom Line: Don't get it if you care about the outside appearance. However, if you just want the insides to be clean, this is a good product.

The inside of this pan is great. Non stick, cool "high-low" grooves, and the rack kept my chicken nice and crispy. Cleaning up later, however, is another story.
The inside of the pan cleaned in a jiff. I noticed, however, brown spots on the bottom of the pan. At first I just chalked it up to maybe my oven rack being a little dirty, but upon closer inspection I found that the outside edges, especially above the handles, have the same brown spotting and discoloration. I have tried soaking it in hot soapy water and scrubbing vigorously to no avail with a sponge.
The rack also had some browning that didn't come off with the initial washing. It came out after a period of soaking, but I really don't want to go to all that trouble every time I use it.
Circulon also has poor care instructions included with the pan as well as on their website. I own several Calphalon pans, and their instructions are very detailed, including what to do is you notice this, and so on. So I was disappointed that Circulon was not more helpful with caring for their dishes.
After only two uses, I am disappointed that something of Circulon's reputation could already have problems.
