I recently began trying to cook healthier for myself and my family. I decided to purchase a wok to help in this endeavor. I found the Circulon Classic 14" Covered Wok and instantly fell in love with it.

This wok is a really nice size. It's 14" in diameter and has a high dome lid. I can make a huge meal with it; enough for my family of four.

The wok is fairly lightweight, considering how well it's made. I love the handles on both sides of the pan. It makes it much easier to pick up and move around. The handles are also riveted to stay in place.
The lid is really nice. It's a high dome so it will cover the pan plus any food that might be higher than the pan, which in my case, is always the case. It also is nice to put the lid on and steam veggies with or to keep your food hot. The lid gets really hot when in use, so be careful.
It's really a nice pan to cook with. I usually put a little olive oil in the bottom for flavor. Then I add strips of chicken or beef, then veggies. The wok cooks really fast on medium heat. The heat conduction is great. As I stir my food around, nothing sticks. Once it's done, I just turn the pan up and it slides out.
It is dishwasher safe, however, cleaning is so easy that I just run it under hot water, add a little detergent, and wipe it off, rinse, and let dry.
We all need to eat healthier and this wok allows you to do that.
I frequently make fried rice and it's so nice to be able to do it all in one pan. I make the rice, scoop it all to the sides and pour in my eggs in the center, scramble them and then mix it all together, then add my other ingredients. It is done really quickly.
I haven't found a thing that I don't like about this wok. Perhaps the price was a little steep, however, to get a quality pan, you have to pay a little more. I paid $49.99 plus shipping at www.cooking.com. It has been worth it. It will last for a very long time, with proper handling of course.
