Pros: Very clever little box with lots of promise.

Cons: A pain in the rear to set up by "normal" people. Unreliable.

The SPA9000 has the promise of a great device, but as an average regular geek setting it up it is a pain in the rump. I have had it working reasonably well, then it falls over after making minor changes and a couple of times for no reason at all. So it has to be re-set up, which takes hours, not minutes as claimed.

This is not the ultimate phone system as sales people will tell you. It has too many options, so if you are a computer programmer with lots of spare time you will love it, but if your a regular person running a small business like me forget it. Out of 10 I give it a 2 because it is so small.

Sadly, I cannot recommend it and there is virtually no support unless you are a dealer, but I bought my system with 4 SPA941 phones independently.
