Infusium 23 made my hair fall out! (Reply to this comment)

I started using this product and my scalp became very red. Right after I stopped using this product the redness started to subside, but where the major redness occurred is where my hair started falling out. I already have thin/fine hair and this made my hair fall out on top. Now I have major balding spots and people ask me if I am going bald. I am waiting for my hair to grow back. Meanwhile, I am very depressed and angry about this occurrence. Has this happened to anyone else? Has anyone else had this bad chemical or allergic reaction to Infusium 23? Please let me know.

I could not agree any more with your review. This leave in conditioner if fantastic, cuts down all my frizz, I have no frizz!!! This is coming from a gal with thick, course curly, frizzy hair. My curls are shapely and bouncy. My hair feels soft and healthy. I now use the Infusium shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair. This is by far the best products I have used. I have tried everything from salon brands to Pantene and then some. Infusium 23 products I would say are also very reasonably priced. I've seen these products on the market for years and I'm so sorry it has taken me till now to discover them. I sometimes catch myself touching my hair because of the new found softness, shine and frizz control I get from all of the Infusium products. My hair feels great! If you girls have hair like this, try it. You will be sold!

Then I tried Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner and fell in love. Can't beat the smell too.

I've never heard of this product before.. When I run out of my Aveda Leave-In conditioner, I might check this stuff out..

I used to use this religiously years ago, and for some reason I don't remember now I moved on to other products. But lately my hair has become damaged from too much processing, and your review has reminded me how much I loved Infusium 23. It's the only leave-in conditioner that doesn't weigh down my fine hair.
