I bought this brush through Ebay about two weeks ago, and have been using it religiously for one week. I see results. I am using the sensitive brush (although when I registered the unit online I opted for the normal brush that you can get for free) and can already see the pores on my nose getting smaller. In general, my skin on my face is looking "calmer." I have breakouts primarily on my chin as a rule. I have had no NEW breakouts yet, but that still remains to be seen; afterall, it is still only one week of use.
What ALL reviews fail to talk about, however, is something I am going to reveal now...the brush can tickle the heck out of your nose. This brush vibrates as a rule because it does have a 300rpm. When I apply the brush to wash my nose, it inevitably makes me sneeze. I've now figured out a way to lessen the tickle. I will support one side of my nose with two fingers while the brush is on the opposite side. I then switch sides. It does alleviate the tickle-factor. I had this same issue when I use the sonic toothbrush (same principle as the Clarisonic; same manufacturer). The toothbrush also had a tickle to my nose when I would brush my upper front teeth. Somehow I got used to the toothbrush, but not the Clarisonic on the nose.
The charge lasted just over a week for me, but I was trying out the brush several times in a day fiddling with the different speed settings. Its my fault that it didn't last two weeks. So, it is charging overnight and I feel like my face is filthy because the charge died before I got to use it tonight! : )
